“I loved my surprise pink and white marble cake for Mother’s Day… Especially since I could keep the vase made from chocolate and the fondant flowers. They still have pride of place on my mantlepiece!”

“As a surprise for my wife on our 25th wedding anniversary I asked Jade if she could make us a cake to mark the occasion. I had no idea what I wanted and Jade gave me some suggestions. We settled on a clever Sci-fi/Scottish theme (my favorite genre and my wife’s nationality). The result was brilliant and the level of detail was simply incredible. My wife and our guests were amazed and I don’t know that I can watch Dr Who now without thinking that the TARDIS is possibly made of icing. Jade is an artist and it’s almost criminal to eat her works of art. Oh and also the chocolate cake was to die for.”
